Tasks and Responsibilities Manage and reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices Collaborate with customer service to resolve customer disputes Maintain accurate and up-to-date reconciliation of accounts receivables transactions Liaise with collectors in day to day operations Support finance team in other operative activities may be required Transmit daily received vendor invoices to Shared Service Center Monitor processing of invoices and liaise with the Shared Service Center for solution of Procure to Pay process breaker causes Actively participate in company projects aimed at improving process efficiency and compliance Support specific initiatives related to further development of Shared Service Center scope Skills and Experience Requirements Skills Accounting Diploma/Degree in Economics/ or similar Accounting principles knowledge; Master in Excel; Fluency in English; SAP knowledge is a must Seniority Level At least 3 years experience in similar role within multinational companies, preferably in the pharma market
