Kia Italia s. r. l. , National Sales Company of Kia Corporation, offers an internship in its Finance department.

The **Finance Planning Trainee**, reporting to Finance Planning Senior Manager, will support on the business plan process.

The main activities are linked to periodical forecasts, operating plan variance analysis, closing and special projects.

The Finance Planning Trainee will support the Senior Manager in order to:

- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual closing reports;

- Support the financial activities on Business planning, forecasting and incentive plans;

- Improve performance by supporting processes to drive efficiencies and understand company sales programs such as incentives, product pricing as well as new projects.

The paid internship will last three months, renewable for another three.

**Education**:

University degree in economics or equivalent

**Skills**:

Italian: mother tongue or fluent

English: fluent, spoken and written

Good numbers literacy and understanding

MS-office proficient

Accounting knowledge
