JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Analysis & Design: Analyze and understand the business requirements in order to define the best solutions for supporting the business processes and drive directly global finance projects in respect of timeline and budget allocated.

Consolidate and improve existing consolidation, budget and corporate performance reporting tools & processes acting as point of contact in the event of any query/issue

- Project Management: Coordinate and ensure consistency between all projects under his/her responsibility

- Communication: Spread awareness on innovation topics within the business functions

- Day-by-Day support: Support the corporate teams in Monthly Closing, Budget and Forecast

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- University Master degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Management / Administration

- An overall experience of 5+ years within Accounting / Controlling / System Integration / Consulting

- Systems' know-how: Relevant experience and knowledge of SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) and Business Intelligence tools must-have.

Experience and knowledge of other SAP specific modules and Hyperion Planning &/or HFM are highly appreciated

- Project Management: Experience regarding Project Management must-have

- Microsoft Office & Programming: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Advanced Excel must-have, VBA strongly recommended)

- Communicative skills: Excellent communicative skills and ability to communicate to Senior Management

- Multi-tasking: Agile thinking and ability to work on many projects at the same time, being in touch with different stakeholders from Finance / Controlling / IT / Other dept.

- Self-starter: Ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment combined with data accuracy and fast reaction in case of ad hoc initiative

- Team-player: Work cooperatively and effectively in team to achieve the goals

- Fluent English
