Finance Transformation Manager

**JOB PURPOSE
- The Finance Transformation Manager can drive complex transformations through technology, human resources and innovation, cooperating to the design of to-be processes within the Finance department.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in the project team responsible for Finance Transformation, in his/her capacity as business process expert for the Finance area
- Proactive cooperation to the design of to-be processes identifying process improvement and optimization opportunities, both for system and organizational aspects
- Support to business project owners of the Finance area, coordinating their involvement in the design phases and in the following test and implementation phases ensuring an effective transition
- Guarantee the correct "translation" of decisions shared in the Business Blue Print phase up to their implementation
- Cooperate with various stakeholders in the Finance area with IT teams and with the other company functions simultaneously with the transformation phase
- Provide assistance to stakeholders in the post-implementation phase
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Master's degree in economics- Work experience of at least 7-10 years, gained preferably with consultancy companies, in projects linked to Finance Transformation, with audit companies or with companies operating in international environments- Solid knowledge of the main finance processes (P2P, OTC, R2R, Planning, Reporting)- Basic knowledge of IFRS standards- Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and, in general, of the logics at the base of Managerial Planning and Reporting Systems- Ability to work in team and of Project Management- Ability to work by objectives; result-oriented- Very good communication and interpersonal skills- Very good knowledge of the English language (CEFR C1)
