Finance Transformation Manager

**What will you do**:
We are hiring a Finance Transformation Manager in EMEALA, with broad finance accounting expertise, to be part our EMEALA finance project team.
This individual will be a member of the regional team supporting the deployment of a new ERP across the region, supporting the implementation of the Target Operating Model, and the roll out of associated processes across the region and our Regional Business Centers.
**How will you do it**:
- Work across functions and regions to establish future finance processes as part of the new ERP implementation, clearly structuring and communicating findings to stakeholders ensuring alignment to core standard processes.
- Work with sponsors and stakeholders to communicate process development and project performance including risk management.
- Support the development of the future state finance target operating model including but limited to roles & responsibility definition, process adoption tracking and performance measurement.
- Development of process, training materials and actively participate or drive training events
- Align transitioned activities and processes with global processes and the internal Taxonomy driving standardization and adherence to internal policies.
- Key role for ERP implementation working closely with the various team and acts as implementation partners and across finance functions (RTR/PTP/OTC/PTC/PTF)
- Support the Enterprise GPO's and EMEALA BPOs for all Finance systems implementation strategies including architecture of processes, collection, and validation of global business requirements, identifying user cases, preparation and facilitating user testing and training from Enterprise Finance Process state point or localizations of processes defined in the region.
- Partner with Finance leaders and Shared Service Centers
- Responsible for participation in business transformation and support on execution and transition plans related to initiatives and ad-hoc projects
**What we look for
**Required
- Experience in Record to Report/ General Ledger and background of Finance, Reporting & Accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Previous exposure/experience to/in global or regional finance shared services
- Strong general accounting and controlling knowledge
- Experience in designing and documenting process flows
- Knowledge of process analysis and business simplification
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
- Fluent in English
**Preferred
- Leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Additional European languages an advantage
