**This role in summary**:

As an intern you will join the Finance Team in our plant in Cassinetta and you will support all the financial activities related to World Class Manufacturing.

You will have the chance to sustain cost deployment pillar activities and to have a unique experience in factory's continuous improvement process.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- support the data collection on main losses

- support the processes to increase level of depth on Cost Deployment matrixes in the plant.

- support the team in driving the plant towards financial targets

- support the preparation of World Class Manufacturing Audits

- a Master's Degree student or a fresh graduate in Management Engineering/Economics

- a proficient English and Italian speaker

- a strong team player who shares our values and drive for innovation

- a proficient user of Excel
