Financial & Administration Manager
The resource will join NH Hotel Group within F&A Department based in Milan, supporting the Head of Finance in accounting and financial activities, working on each step of financial statement process and business tax compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Bookkeeping and periodic accounting requirements
- Accounting and financial reporting and auditing for monthly financial closing
- Review project financial statements and audit reports received
- Provide support to project teams on fiscal and administration tasks
- Manage the relationship with external tax consultants and external auditors
- Review fiscal procedures and monitoring local tax legislation updates
- The resource will interact daily with HQ colleagues and other Business Unites abroad and Share Service Center
**Requirements**:
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Five-ten years of relevant similar professional experience in a private sector financial management (i. e. , accounting, finance, auditing), preferably with a BIG 4 experience (Audit)
- Confident with IFRS Generally Accepted Accounting Standards
- Business-fluent written and spoken English, Spanish would be a plus.
- Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of MS Office
- SAP and HFM experience a plus
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented, motivated to learn and willingness to tackle variety of assignments from routine tasks to more complex requests
