To strengthen our core team in Italy - Milan, we are looking for Financial & Business Analyst to join our company. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the Financial Planning – Budgeting, Forecasting, etc. ; Support the month closing; Work with the accounting firm; Provide periodic financial analysis; Plan, direct, and control accounting and financial operations; Contribute critical analysis information and suggest corrective measures; Support HQ (Portugal); Ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of financial information. The Successful Applicant: Business Management, Finance, or Accounting degree; Experience of 2-3 years in business finance or other relevant experience; Proven experience in providing regular reporting; Experience in audit firms can be a plus; Fluent in English (mandatory); Primavera and MS Office knowledge; Accounting knowledge, tax-related issues, bank reconciliation, etc. Skills: Team workers, resilient, proactive, autonomous, independent, committed, analytical skills.
