**What you will be doing

You will be responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of the accounting department of Satispay group via a range of tasks.

In particular, you will:

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

- Support month-end and year-end close process with the following activities: process and post deferred income and charges, accruals, invoices to be received

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Capex management: data, capitalization, amortization, revaluations and devaluations

- Book and process payroll and all other financial figures

- Periodic accounts reconciliation

- Intercompany journal entries

- Manage relationship with third parties such as labour consultants and auditors

- Cooperate with group companies' administrative departments

- Evaluate current operations to identify and implement process improvements.

- Has minimum 3 years of previous working experience in a company's finance department or corporate services firm in general ledger and accounting function.

- Has knowledge of accounting principles

- Is a very quick learner

- Is fluent in Italian and English - both written and spoken; knowledge of French or German is considered a plus

- Has good IT skills

- Has a detail-oriented mindset

- Is highly organised and able to work both in team and independently

- Is a good team player

- Is enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
