We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Financial Accounting Professional to contribute to the success of our Financial Accounting Team based in Assago, (MI), Italy. Your Role at CEVA Prepare statutory financial statements and support month-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met and making necessary corrections and adjustments. Manage tax deadlines and ensure compliance in collaboration with external tax advisors (VAT, Income Tax). Demonstrate knowledge of ITA GAAP and IFRS. Support colleagues as a senior team member during monthly closing processes and help complete various accounting and administrative tasks. Lead the creation of process descriptions and process maps for our team routines and assist in improving and rolling out automated procedures. Assist in coordinating external audits and internal information requests, ensuring compliance with local regulatory and tax regulations. Take a leading role in structuring and enhancing our accounting policies and internal controls to meet group standards. Participate in the implementation and development of software and tools. Basic Qualifications 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role, supported by relevant education/experience as an auditor in a Big 4 firm. Strong analytical and data processing skills. Deep knowledge of national and international accounting principles. Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping/reconciliations and experience in tax management and accounting. Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills. Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for projects and tasks.
