** He/she will be responsible for the SFS (Siemens Financial Services) Portfolio for the Italian market.

**Your Challenge

You will report to the Regional Company CFO and the global Head of Finance Advisory of SFS.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of financing solutions in line with the need of the operating businesses and the respective guidelines.

And you will support the business with financing solutions to enhance their sales position by to protect Siemens from financial risk deriving from customer business.

Main responsibilities:

- structure, arrange and implement financing solutions for customers including negotiation of financing/risk relevant issues for Siemens with customers, banks, ECAs

- act as first point of contact to members of the international financing community and analyze, select and engages potential financing/risk mitigation partners (e. g.

banks)negotiate bank contracts and verify details with the legal department

- be part of the global Siemens Financial Services, Finance Advisory team representing Siemens´ Italy country specific interest in the cross-country team

- provide financing and risk management trainings to RC Italy staff (e. g.

sales, project management)

- participate in customer meetings to manage all issues around finance related questions

- ensure governance on behalf of CF to ensure compliance of all financing concepts

- responsible for the SFS Finance Advisory activities in Italy including one employee

- prepare yourself and our succession pipeline to be ready to take on the next challenge

**What you need to bring with you

You should already have significant finance experience in a finance related business environment preferably in a financing entity and operating business alike.

- Passionate and prepared to manage issues related to financing and risk mitigation in an industrial environment

- Strong target orientation, initiative, autonomy as well as team and networking skills to work with all stakeholders within the RC Italy across all levels

- Think about everything from the customer perspective

- Effective collaboration and building networks across businesses and functions

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel

- Be a role model for openness, able to engage and influence stakeholders

- Master's Degree in Business Administration or relevant other financial background

- Very good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken

- Available to business trips mainly on national level
