Job Description**:

We are looking for a Manager to join our our Energy, Infrastructure and Environment practice in Milan.

The Manager will play a key role in supporting Mazars Energy, Infrastructure and Environment Team by managing financial modelling, model audit, advisory and valuation engagements of PPP infrastructure and energy projects, and delivering financial modelling training to investment funds and banks.

**What will you do**:

As a Manager, you will work next to the Senior Manager and with our local and international team, supporting our clients during transactions and operations, focusing on the development and review of financials models for energy and infrastructure projects.

**Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

Manage the design and delivery of financial modeling solutions

Manage the delivery of our financial model audit services

Actively participate in valuation and financial advisory engagements

Motivate others to reach their potential by supporting our training academy activities, delivering training domestically and internationally to clients such as funds, banks and developers

Coordinate with international team members across several continents to ensure timely delivery of client assignments, to budget and compliant with internal methodologies

Help build our existing business through business development and account management, develop trusted relationships with clients in the infrastructure and renewables sectors, including investors, investment banks and other market participants.

**Qualifications**:

4-6 years' experience working in a financial modelling capacity either as a financial advisor, at a professional services firm, M&A Boutique, investment bank, fund or developer in the infrastructure and / or renewable sector;

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of VBA appreciated);

Broad practical experience with the others MS Office tools;

Understanding of client / industry / features, issues, and trends in the project finance industry and the renewable energy sector;

Understanding of project finance and project documentation, project structures;

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;

Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables;

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to present to an audience;

Fluency in Italian and English (oral and written).

Fluency in Spanish / Portuguese would be a plus;

Knowledge of basic Italian tax and IFRS/GAAP accounting, and sector specific tax and accounting knowledge desirable;

Ability to travel as needed or requested.
