On behalf of a multinational company operating in healthcare logistics, we are looking for a Financial Analysis & Reporting Specialist to join the FP&A team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Controlling within a multinational environment and demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making processes and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive financial performance analyses, identifying variances across actuals, forecasts, and budgets. Monitor and analyze operational costs to support business units in identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and manage periodic performance reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Analyze customer and warehouse profitability to inform strategic initiatives. Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, aligning with corporate objectives and timelines. Collaborate closely with Accounting and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency. Engage with primary stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth. Support the Transportation and Logistic BU in Italy, ensuring financial accuracy and visibility for business decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial Controlling, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within a multinational context. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud or similar accounting systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with integrated reporting systems connected to Oracle Cloud is highly desirable. Fluent Italian (mandatory) and strong English skills (B2 level or higher). Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate dynamic business needs and priorities.
