Position Summary

We are now looking for a Financial Analyst to become part of our headquarter in Fluid and Climate Controls Division, based in Gessate, Italy.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the planning and reporting.

He / she will reports to the Division Controller and has the responsibility for all the locations within the division (Italy, UK, Czech Republic); some travel is likely to be required.

The role is a business partner and involves extensive interaction with all departments, locations and levels of the organization.

**Responsibilities

- Coordinating the Annual Plan process - Analyzing the closing results of the BU's and the Division - Providing timely and accurate reporting for the BU's and the Division - Establishing daily, weekly and monthly forecasts - Recommending and implementing corrective actions relating to the attainment of financial objectives and effectiveness of reporting, planning and analysis systems - Carrying out all financial analysis for business development and cost control - Monitoring performance - Supporting SOX documentation maintainance for Gessate location and oversight of annual SOX process for the Division - Ad-hoc reporting and support for the Finance functions of all locations (UK, Czech Rep, Italy) and also to other Divisional functions (eg Marketing & Pricing).

**Qualifications

- University degree, preferable major in finance / accounting - Superior personal computer software skills (Office package: Excel in particular) - Good knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and U. S. generally accepted accounting principles - Excellent communication and team work skills.

Ability to work autonomously - Italian mothertongue, fluent in English - Knowledge of SAP and JDE is a plus.
