In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial analysis and reporting tasks on a European scale, contributing to our continued success and expansion. Your responsibilities will be to: Support European Controlling Team in driving and improving financial and management reporting capabilities Collect, analyze and consolidate monthly financial reporting information from Business Units and plants operating in Europe Identify and explain major variances of the monthly reporting package Support the Forecasting and Budgeting process, ensure deadlines are met and high quality of data is provided Support FP&A Team in driving and improving financial and management reporting capabilities, leading to enhance business analysis and efficiency Our requirements: BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting Ideally 1-3 years' relevant experience in a financial controlling or reporting environment Fluency in business English (oral and written) Analytical mindset and great attention to details Advanced Excel skills Flexibility for occasional travel within Europe Would be advantageous: Oracle experience Understanding of data visualization and dashboard tools such as Power BI What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and innovative work environment A truly international and multicultural work context J-18808-Ljbffr
