In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial analysis and reporting tasks on a European scale, contributing to our continued success and expansion.

Your responsibilities will be to: Support European Controlling Team in driving and improving financial and management reporting capabilitiesCollect, analyze and consolidate monthly financial reporting information from Business Units and plants operating in EuropeIdentify and explain major variances of the monthly reporting packageSupport the Forecasting and Budgeting process, ensure deadlines are met and high quality of data is providedSupport FP&A Team in driving and improving financial and management reporting capabilities, leading to enhance business analysis and efficiencyOur requirements: BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Finance or AccountingIdeally 1-3 years' relevant experience in a financial controlling or reporting environmentFluency in business English (oral and written)Analytical mindset and great attention to detailsAdvanced Excel skillsFlexibility for occasional travel within EuropeWould be advantageous: Oracle experienceUnderstanding of data visualization and dashboard tools such as Power BIWhat we offer: Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and innovative work environmentA truly international and multicultural work context
