American Modern Insurance Group is recruiting for a Financial Analyst.

The Financial Analyst plays a critical role for the Financial Planning team, and is responsible for analyzing data and trends, identifying variances to plan, highlighting potential areas of opportunity, and forecasting future results.

As a Financial Analyst, you'll:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the monthly and long range financial plans

- Participate in projects and initiatives to increase transparency of result drivers

- Participate in Munich's Quarterly Forecast Monitoring process and related entries in the SBA tool

- Ad hoc analyses and presentations of results, plans, forecasts and expenses

This position has a hybrid schedule, 40-50% of the time in the office in Amelia OH and the remaining working from home.

**WE EXPECT**:This position may be a good fit, if you:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or advanced degree and/or CPA or CFA

- Strong analytical abilities.

- Ability to relate numbers to ideas.

- Strong written and oral communication skills to be able to discuss financial report concepts with non-experts.

- Demonstrates a strategic mindset and drives results.
