Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a company leader in renewables energy production, is looking for a

**Financial Analyst - Renewables

Working close to the Head of Business Development and the BD managers, he/she will be responsible for:

- Creation and development of a comprehensive economic and financial analysis of the project based on market analysis and a detailed financial model/business plan including sensitivity analyses;

- Preparation and evaluation of the best financing strategy aimed at optimizing project's capital structure (equity and debt) taking into account the main terms and conditions;

- Drafting investment memos and preparing marketing materials and presentations for BoD by summarizing analysis in a high impact way, and being able to present the results;

- Gathering and managing detailed data for deals, potential investments, investors, banks and clients.

Performing company and industry-specific research;

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Finance, Operations, Legal and Communication Affairs Departments;

- Managing simultaneously multiple projects to meet tight deadlines in a challenging and reward business environment.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of working experience.

Preferably previous working experience in both finance or M&A department within banks, investment funds or major corporates and advisory/ consulting firms (transaction advisory services, due diligence team) in the renewable energy sector;

- Bachelor's / Master's degree with a finance, accounting, business or economics major from a reputable school.

MBA will be considered a plus;

- Ability to proactively take on a high degree of responsibility and execute work streams with limited supervision;

- Strong analytic and quantitative skills, attention to details;

- Excellent financial modelling skills;

- A genuine interest in the renewable energy sectors;

- Excellent understanding of finance statements and accounting principles;

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel (including VBA), Power Point and Access.

Some experience with Microsoft Power BI will be considered a plus;

- Diligent, highly organized and efficient;

- Full professional proficiency in both English and Italian (written and oral);

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;

- Ability to work with others as well as independently to produce accurate, detailed work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
