**Key Accountabilities

- Creating and updating business plans

- Financial modelling

- Deal structuring & due diligence

- Drafting of investment memorandum for internal investment committees

- Budgeting and monitoring of the investment portfolio

- Reporting for management, investors, and lenders

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience

**Qualifications -Essential

- Studies: Economia e Commercio, Ingegneria Gestionale (BSc/MSc management / accounting / finance)

**Experience - Essential

- Experience: 1-2 years in real estate development and/or asset management companies, banks, equity investors, top tier advisory & consulting firms

- Knowledge of the real estate investment analysis principles and of real estate finance

- Basic Knowledge of ITA GAAP accounting

- Strong financial modelling skills

- Knowledge skills: Microsoft Office, excel in particular;

- Very good English, both oral and written
