EFI is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Textile Business Unit located in Comun Nuovo, Bergamo area, reporting to the Global FP&A Manager.

Job Description: This person will engage in and provide financial support for all aspects of the Reggiani BU P&L and opex.

In this role, you will: Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close process, including reporting, forecasting, and accruals.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly P&L reporting.

Handle ad hoc requests for management.

Help drive the monthly forecast and weekly sales forecast process for Reggiani BU.

Load forecast data into financial tools as required.

Engage heavily in the annual planning process.

Job Requirements: BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

Proven experience in finance and accounting preferred.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to handle large amounts of data is required.

Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Italian at a professional level are required for this role.

Any other European languages are highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not essential.

SAP and BPC experience is highly desirable.

Individual must be highly motivated and able to work with tight deadlines.
