Strong expertise in cost accounting and financial reporting. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address financial challenges. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial analysis. Professional certification such as CFA or equivalent is an advantage. Strategic orientation to align financial goals with business objectives.
