Financial Analyst - Solar - Milan - up to €50, 000 + package Piper Maddox are representing a solar PV company who have just moved into constructing their first round of fully developed projects and are seeking a Financial Analyst for their team.

You will mainly work and support the M&A side of the business, managing, adapting, and reviewing financial models to evaluate the profitability of investment opportunities.

You will also have a chance to participate in the deal-making process.

You'll be joining a well-funded business with a total pipeline of 1. 5GW across Italy and Spain, looking to expand into the wind and storage sector over the course of 2025 through acquisitions and divestments.

What would your day-to-day role look like and what are the requirements?

Work experience (min.

1 year); Experience in the infrastructure field (renewables is a nice to have); Experience in managing purchase/sale transactions of projects and companies; Ability to draw up a financial model (with SP, CE, and CF) from scratch and/or modify and manage third-party financial models; Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and preparation and management of data rooms; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, identifying priorities and bottlenecks; English language (intermediate level).

In terms of the team, they are a smaller outfit looking to maintain a friendly and close-knit culture where everyone has a chance to continue developing their skills.
