Financial Analyst (Fixed Term 12 Months)

For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele-Latina) we are looking for an employee in the Finance Department (fixed-term contract 12 months).
The person will be part of the finance team and will report to the Finance Supervisor.
The person is responsible for the following activities:
- Business partner for cross-functional departments where she/he will take the responsibility to ensure that budget holders have access to timely and accurate information, provide insightful analysis and allow effective spend management;
- Own financial forecast ensuring high level of accuracy;
- Support all the closing activities for the areas of responsibility, providing variance analysis, understanding root causes and implementing corrective actions;
- Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies and procedures, accountable for SOX/PWC/ 231 requirement;
- Support the inventory process;
- Support the controlling team in creating/maintaining Finance Master data.
**Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economic/ Management Engineering
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Controlling
- Fluent in English and in Italian (B2 level and above)
- Skilled at using advanced Microsoft packages: Excel and PowerPoint
- Use of SAP/BW/TM1 would be considered a nice-to-have
