**What you will do**:

- Financial Planning and Controlling for Customer Solutions Italy:

- Coordination of planning & reporting activities in line with Group processes and deadlines in cooperation with Financial Controller Manager;

- Annual budget and quarterly forecasting activities including definition and upload of data within Group Planning and Consolidation system and intercompany reconciliation;

- Key interface towards Group Controlling (Financial and Business) for topics across all business units

- Balance Sheet Planning EIT/EEN (Receivables, Payables);

- Accurate Cash Flow planning using direct and indirect methodology through strongly interface with EM and Treasury colleagues

- Develop Cash Flow analysis of deviations vs. budget of previous year/previous forecast;

- DSO/DPO planning and deviations vs Budget monitoring and analysis

- Support Credit department in Bad Debt and loss ratio planning and go indeed to understand deviations vs Budget

- Prepare Customer Solutions Italy standards and ad-hoc Reporting (KPI, monthly, quarterly, annual);

- Impairment testing (Holding and Sales CGU);

- Special projects related to Financial Controlling (e. g.

working capital optimization).

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Successful completion of academic studies in the field of business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/ accounting/ finance.

Previous experience in audit/consulting company represents a plus;

- Work experience in Accounting Finance area of at least 4 years, thereof comprehensive work experience in Controlling (>2 years) also in a consulting/auditing firm and relevant exposure to the energy sector is a plus

- Profound knowledge of financial reporting and accounting systems and processes;

- Comprehensive work experience and track-record in steering (project) teams;

- Analytical thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Well organized individual with proven ability to perform under time pressure and to juggle competing deadlines;

- Advance knowledge of Tagetik and CS Bi are considered a plus

- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access);

- Advanced knowledge of ERP control modules (SAP 4 you);

- Fluency in English in written and spoken is a must, other languages are a plus
