**Financial Controller**:

What will your challenge be?

Aiming to expand our business reality, we are looking for a Financial Controller.

The new resource will be based in Milan (Italy) and will be a member of our Corporate Department, collaborating with the International Controlling Team and directly reporting to the Management in North America.

**Responsibilities will include**:

Analysis, management and optimization of financial flows in accordance with the Group strategies

Preparation and adjustment of annual budget working along with American Stakeholders (CEO, Country Manager)

Preparation and adjustment of annual financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows)

Communication of account balances, analysis and comments on variances vs budget and annual forecasts

Analysis of costs, KPIs and margins

Preparation of recurring and ad hoc analysis

Preparation of reports for monthly, quarterly and annual closings

Support in managing internal and external Stakeholders on an Italian and International level

Are you our new colleague?

Master's Degree in Economics a/o Finance

At least 1 or 2 years of previous experience in analogous responsibilities and gained in innovative corporate environment or consulting realities

Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Fluency in both written and spoken English (C1)

Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities

Flexibility, problem solving attitude and strong analytical skills

Proactivity and efficient management of deadlines
