For our client, an italian group specializing in the plastic field, we are looking for a

**Financial Controller

This figure will handle the following activities:

- Analyze and interpret the financial information for the management staff

- Coordinate the finance/admin teams of the group companies to achieve the financial and reporting objectives and deadlines

- Implement group reporting tools, internal audit procedures, report production, productivity and quality standards

- Analyze costs, pricing variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to budget

- Manage the preparation of the company's rolling forecasts, strategic plan and budget

- Liase with the group compounding financial management

- Liase with auditors

- Manage the working capital

**Skills**:

- Recommended but not mandatory Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required (MBA preferred), with a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles

- Minimum experience of 5 years in a financial leadership role

- Good understanding of the IFRS accounting principles

- Excellent level of English

- The ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships

- Good time management and the ability to prioritize

- Problem-solving skills and an investigative nature
