Riepilogo posizione**:

Ensure control over the economic / financial data of the plant in compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.

In compliance with the deadlines - control model from FP&A.

**Responsabilità essenziali**:

Monthly closing with P&L preparation, balance sheet, cash flow, plant performance report

Analysis of actual variances towards budget and forecast and proposal of corrective actions

Preparation of weekly and monthly forecasts

Std and current margin analysis

Development and cost deployment monitoring according to WCM methodology

Preparation of annual budget and multi-year strategic plan

Control and analysis of expenses, personnel costs and investments (payback evaluation)

Monitoring of SOX compliance business processes and implementation of procedures

Inventory control, inventory movements and evaluation of obsolescence and slow moving funds

Proposals and monitoring of lean and VBLSS saving projects, in team with other company functions, analysis of machine and labor efficiency

**Corporate support on consolidated analysis**: make or buy analysis, development plans in new markets / countries

**Development of Rfq approval process in E-prism DB**: business case preparation for each commercial offer for project OI, ROI, IRR payback evaluation.

**Requisiti di posizione**:

Italian accounting principles / US GAAP

Knowledge of English (fluence)

Internal company procedures (quality, ESH, HR)

SOA procedures
