**JOB PURPOSE

- Is in charge of Management Consolidation and of the various activities for the maintenance, implementation and development of functionalities related to the new controlling system. - Cooperates with the other Group Controlling staff to the drafting of Budget and periodic Forecasts, and coordinates and supports Local Controllers in the performance of their activities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Actively involved in the Closing of Management Accounts and the production of the relevant reports, discussing the results

- Analyze the main Income Statement differences, liaising directly with local and HQ controllers and promptly communicating any anomalies to the Group's Top Management

- Prepare and discuss profitability analyses for business dimensions (area, channel, brand, product) through the use of allocation criteria

- Check the correct functioning of the Management Consolidation process, analyzing any issues and proposing corrective measures considering possible actions with the IT team

- Actively involved in the preparation of reports and analyses for extraordinary operations and projects

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- 5/7 -year experience as Financial Controller, Retail Controller, Business Controller and similar roles.

Nice to have: Previous experience in the Retail industry- Very good knowledge of the English language- Very good knowledge of the Office package- Involvement in previous projects for the implementation of statutory/management consolidation systems and reporting systems- Knowledge of Sap and Tagetik
