We are looking for a motivated and proactive **Financial Controller **to join our commercial team in

Padua.

The person will have the task of interpreting the data to take part in the planning,

control, and reporting aimed at providing information for company management, through

the definition of strategic KPIs capable of highlighting the alignment of management with

forecasts, and otherwise know how to take the necessary corrective actions.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Support and coordination in the daily activity of the Administrative Office

- Monthly closure and reporting preparation

- Periodic P&L closing support

- Support of the IT System Integration process for issues relating to the control of

- management/administration

- Definition of strategic KPIs and definition of periodic reporting for the evaluation of

- deviations

- Drafting of standard and ad hoc reports for management needs

**Requirements**:

- Degree or university degree

- 2-3 years experience in auditing companies

- Fluent English

- Enjoying working in a flexible and small environment

- Great communication and research skills

- Good planning, organizational, and time management skills

- Punctual and reliable
