**Job Description**:

What will you take care of?

- Business Unit reporting controller: you'll have the responsibility to support BU controlling head of department to provide and create the reports needed, showing pro active attitude in a constant improving environment;

- Budget costs controlling: you will have the responsibility of creating, coordinating budget costs of defined areas; reporting deviations from latest forecast and coordinating with each head of department corrective measures to reach forecasted targets;

- Personnel controlling: PC controlling; calculation of operative personnel costs; absenteeism reports;

- Support BU controlling in new projects and activities;

- Manage and coordinate all Business Units cost saving measure activities, involving different technical departments; goal is to coordinate and push the organization to achieve and overcome savings targets.

You will manage in a monthly basis report that has to be provided directly to BU controlling department and prepare the bases for future business plans.

- Work efficiency calculation, you will be the coordinator of work efficiency discussion across the BU production plants, you have to create and provide WE reporting files and present directly to the BU controlling, understanding the results and provide insightful explanation.

Experience cooperation: You will therefore be involved in a continuous team-working with the BU functions: production, operations and sales departments.

**Qualifications**:

What distinguishes you?

Education: Master or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management or Economics.

Experience and know-how: preferable experience in similar function/profile;

Working Method: You will work in a structured and reliable environment with a great initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving attitude.

Personality: You are a dynamic, goal-oriented person who like challenges with a strong desire to succeed and a customer-obsession mindset is critical for this role.

Ability to interact well with internal different departments with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Languages: Mandatory Italian and English.

German will be a plus.
