**Financial Controller (Hybrid)

- Full time remote in Milan, Italy_

- (with occasional visits to the Milan office as per the business request)_

We are looking for a Financial Controller to integrate the financial controlling department. You will take care of month-end closings, full year outlooks, forecast and budgeting tasks. In this role, you will get to know our business from a financial viewing angle, and support the senior finance manager with valuable information, to steer the company in the right direction.

**As a Financial Controller, you will take care of**:

- Monthly analytical closing process for one country in EMEA

- Preparation of various data and analytics business controlling reports

- Financial planning, budget, and monthly rolling forecast

- Support the business daily

- Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities of costs savings and efficiency improvements.

- Take part in different functional workgroups and projects.

- Working on temporary projects like aligning the financial reporting between countries

- Support in financial audits

**About you

- Degree in Economics or Finance (University/College) or equivalent work experience.

- Prior experience as a financial or business controller

- Ability to complete tasks assigned independently and to inform and advice your manager with regards to controlling activities

- Relevant work experience and knowledge of SAP FI&CO/ SAP BPC/ SAP-BW or AS/400 is a benefit

- Strong numeric and analytical skills and capable of analysing processes

- Excel skills should be advanced.

- Good command of written and spoken English and Italian

- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

- Be a team player

- Accuracy with strong attention to detail

- Proactive mindset
