Responsible for maintaining accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls and preparing financial reports in compliance with the company's reporting principles.

- Delivers timely and accurate accounting and financial records and reports including general ledger and financial statements, in accordance with local GAAPs.

- Provides ad hoc reports and finance input to support strategic & operational decision making.

- Controller essential tasks

- Complete month-end and year-end closing process and preparation of financial reporting package (Cluster's sales $100M+)

- Prepare internal and external financial statements

- Contact to auditors and prepare documentation for auditors (e. g. , Board of Auditors, Audit firm, Supervisory Body, Internal Audit)

- Prepare the budget and financial forecasts

- Control expenses within budget constraints

- Work closely with the Head of Finance & Supply Chain, assessing current accounting operations, offering improvements, and implementing new processes.

- Ensure efficient collaboration and dataflow to the FSSC.

If not under FSSC, support and drive the transition

- Coordinate with the FSSC the production of internal and statutory financial statements including tax planning and declarations to authorities

- Administer tax policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all local, corporate and or other applicable tax laws (e. g. , CIT, TP documentation, VAT, EU Intra-goods declaration)

- Collaboration in execution of EBITDA / Working Capital improving projects (e. g. , AR-factoring deals)

- Cash flow forecast and working capital management.

- Overseeing the credit collection alongside with risk mitigation/definition

- Evaluate accounting and internal control systems with a clear focus on improving them

- Evaluate the effectiveness of accounting software and Foundation system with data integrity as main goal.
