In this role you will be responsible for the company's Financial Accounting, Reporting & Controlling activities.

You will support the financial manager in the Legal/Taxation & Compliance topics and Commercial topics, driving the short/mid & long-term objective of La Prairie.

Be a business partner to Sales & Marketing, supporting on variety of commercial topics

Your responsibilities:

- Responsible for correctness of both P&L & Balance Sheet, ensuring month/quarterly/year-end closing in accordance with accounting standards and Group reporting deadlines.

Develop & improve finance processes leading to efficient practices & improving processes cross functionally supporting Risk Management.

- Support the Finance manager in ensuring Compliance Laws are implemented & followed.

- Coordinate with the Finance Manager the annual reporting process, overseeing the preparation of the annual audited financial statements, acting as the point of contact to external auditors and providing all required information.

- Develop processes for monitoring & reporting on a monthly basis for both Revenue and Expenditure, explaining key drivers.

Support Finance Manager on commercial topics such as store profitability, Retailer stock monitoring, new door analysis.

- Assist with the planning, forecasting and reporting processes in accordance with Group requirements.

- Be a business partner for the other functions in the company ensuring that all functions always have up to date financial and budget information.

- Work closely with Account Coordinators in developing strong processes improving the efficiency of Finance processes

Your Profile

- University degree in business administration, economics or finance with recognized accounting qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)

- Experienced Finance & controlling professional (3/5years).

- High analytical skills.

- Communicative, proactive team-player with high level of reliability and integrity, good at building relationships.

- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), good experience with SAP modules (FI/CO/SD)/ Qlikview is a plus

- Fluent in English and Italian
