Financial Controller (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team at our headquarters in Ora (Bolzano).

Main responsibilities:

- Creating the analyses of the financial reporting based on a meaningful set of KPIs (Financial Dashboard)

- Participation and support of closings, consolidation and international standardization (IFRS)

- Set up of financial forecasts (budget, FC, mid-term planning) with regard to liquidity, cash-flow and financing

- Development and implementation of national and international financial processes, guidelines and tools (best practice)

- Close cooperation with corporate finance and treasury, as well as with the subsidiaries, enabling the colleagues to understand and follow corporate financial policies

- Participation in projects related to digitization, internal control finance, risk management and transfer pricing

Skills and qualifications:

- You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, focused on Finance and/or Controlling

- You have at least 3-5 years experience in general ledger or group reporting in an international business environment

- You have a sound knowledge in general ledger, Italian GAAP and IFRS, as well as taxations

- You have strong organizational, analytical and conceptual skills

- You are familiar with an international state-of-the-art backbone accounting system, preferably MS BC 365/Navision

- You are fluent in Italian and English.

German would be desirable but are not essantial

- You are able to work with cross-functional departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from all hierarchies

- You have very good communication and interpersonal skills
