Financial Controller - Pioltello (MI) Transportation & Logistics Azienda Transportation & Logistics Offerta Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.

Cost Accounting: Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e. g. , IFRS) and local tax regulations.

Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with other departments (e. g. , operations, sales) to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Competenze ed esperienza Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IFRS, Italian GAAP, and advanced Excel skills.

Experience with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP) is a plus.

Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian is essential.

Other Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
