**TURATI

Our office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG Group staff functions.

Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

**THE ROLE

New Guards Group is looking for a Financial Controller who will directly report to the Controlling Manager, Retail, acting as a business partner and providing regular financial reporting to the Retail Department.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**- Manage the budget, forecast and 3YP process by stores;-

- Work as a business partner with key departments;-

- Provide management with business analysis to the decision-making process;-

- Manage and coordinate monthly closures;-

- Review stock evolution and margin analysis by store;-

- Develop and monitor business KPI;-

- Analyze differences between actual and budget for more efficient budget planning;-

- Coordinate activities of external and internal auditors for stock controls.

**WHO YOU ARE**- At least 4/5 year of controlling experience, better if in Fashion or Retail business-

- English fluent-

- Advanced Excel user-

- Positive and proactive approach-

- Good "team-worker"-
