The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data.

The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic business decisions.

Payment Processing: Process payments to vendors and suppliers.

Cost Management: Monitor and control manufacturing costs, analyze variances, and advise team on cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.

KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational improvements.

Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

Audit Coordination: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

System Development: Oversee the development and utilization of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 5+ years experience in the area Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in injection molding.

Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Fluent in Italian and Intermediate English in both verbal and written communication.
