The objective is to have 500 MW in operation by 2025. To support this rapid growth, Qair Italia is recruiting a Financial Controller to be operative at our office in Potenza, Italy. MAIN TASKS Under the responsibility of the CFO, the employee's main duties will be: Perform financial and analytical accounting; Participate in budgeting processes; Manage the administration of active service contracts; Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies; Perform month-end and year-end close processes; Gather and monitor financial data; Support the preparation of annual financial statements (balance sheets and income statements); Assist CFO in various duties, including project financing or PPA activities. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; Professional working experience in audit or finance role from renewable or other energy sectors; Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and analytical skills; Proficiency in main Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Knowledge of Sage X3 is an asset; Flexibility to travel; Bilingual in Italian and proficient in English (French will be a plus); Exceptional problem-solving abilities; Strong initiative as a team player; Willingness to learn and improve.
