This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose—improving lives through your life's work. We are looking for a youngster to add to our Headquarter FP&A (Financial, Planning and Analysis) Team, in Neuromodulation Division, to start their career with an internship experience.

In this team, they will support the European Headquarter on activities related to month-end closing, planning and reporting.

Also providing support in ad-hoc business analysis or requests. In Neuromodulation we design, manufacture, and sell life changing innovative devices that treat neurological conditions such as Parkinson disease or Chronic pain and give patients their life back. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in Headquarters Operating Expenses monthly reporting and planning (work closely with Headquarter Marketing Team)Drive budget forecast and analysis of variances vs Plan/ForecastInvolve in Forecast & Annual Operating Plan processesSupport Market Modelling exercise and consolidationUpdate and develop new Tableau reportingSupport on monthly/quarterly reporting activitiesDevelop ad-hoc requests as per business needsWe are looking for:Graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Management engineeringFluency in English (level B2 or higher)Analytical and good knowledge of basic financial conceptsStrong excel knowledgeCollaborative and motivatedProactivity and problem-solving approachAbility to work within a team in a matrix environmentResult orientedWhat we can offer:Up to 12-month paid internship experience (+ ticket restaurants)Working in an international environmentFast growing and innovative environmentA team-oriented company cultureBusiness learning approach (fast in ramping-up)Autonomy in managing your daily work and tasks (providing regular follow-ups)YPN connectionLocation: Milan officePlanned incorporation date: Jul-Aug 2024Work mode: Hybrid (3 days office/2 days remote)We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
