We are seeking a FINANCIAL FUNCTIONAL SOLUTION SPECIALIST JR ADV - with more than 2 years of experience - who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. What will help you succeed: Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate). Problem solving and critical analysis skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Proactivity and ability to work independently. Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, management engineering or related disciplines. Prior experience in similar roles, preferably in banking or insurance. Extensive knowledge of financial applications (Murex) and ability to handle application customizations. Solid analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as R and Excel. Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting requirements (MIFID, SFTR, MMSR). Good knowledge of SQL and database logic. Ability to work in teams and manage projects in complex and dynamic environments. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams for analysis and implementation of functional solutions in financial applications, e. g. , Murex. Perform analysis to adapt integration logic according to reporting regulations (e. g. , MMSR, MIFID, SFTR). Support the management of user business requirements, facilitating the interface between the front office, middle office, and IT teams. Conduct functional testing (SIT, UAT, Non Regression Test) to ensure the quality of trading and reporting operations. Support cash flow management and reconciliation for various types of financial instruments, including derivatives and bonds. Analyze and monitor financial product data using tools such as Bloomberg, R, and Microsoft Excel. Produce automated reporting and KPIs to monitor trading performance. Collaborate with users in defining and formalizing functional specifications for new developments and integrations.
