Financial Management Development Program
Job Description Summary**: You will be exposed to various areas of the business during a total of four rotations, each being six-month-long.
The rotations cover multiple finance functions, such as, but not limited to, Supply Chain finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllership and Commercial Finance.
You can expect to become skilled in operational finance and the core financial areas of planning, budgeting, forecasting, controllership, and cash flow management and financial statements, while we help you develop a Lean mindset and excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The Rotational Finance Leadership program will provide you a diverse community where you can grow and contribute to our GE Healthcare mission.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the activities of the finance teams across rotational assignments paired with formal classroom studies.
- Partner with teams from within the business unit to specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes.
- Have an understanding of key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish own work.
Gain a good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills.
- Work within a team setting and / or under guidance from Assignment Leader.
- Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered and explain technical information to others
**Required Qualifications and Desired Characteristics**:
- Bachelors or master's degree from an accredited university, college or school.
- A maximum of 1 year work or internship experience in a finance role.
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead teams indirectly.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Must have unlimited authorization to work in hiring country.
