Website: As a Finance Manager, you will be a key contributor to the financial success of our organisation, overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
You will ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards, drive efficiency in financial operations, and support the Regional Finance & Business Compliance Manager and EMEA Leadership team with accurate insights to inform decision-making.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a small team while collaborating with various departments and global teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role will focus on: Financial Reporting: Timely preparation and submission of monthly Management Accounts and all other month end reporting requirements, Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
Month-end and Year-end: Responsible for month and year end close, including review and sign off of manual journals, accruals and prepayments, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure all approvals documented in line with G3 Internal Control requirements and Group policies.
Accounting Operations: Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Expense management, banking, CEAs, Fixed Asset maintenance, stock reconciliations.
Cash Flow and Risk Management: Manage cash flow, treasury, and financial risks to maintain the organisation's financial health.
Policy and Process: Implement Group Policy and develop and maintain robust local financial controls, policies, and procedures to drive compliance and efficiency.
Strategic Financial Advisory: Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with Sector Managers and Sector Finance Partners in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Internal Controls: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with G3 Internal Controls and external statutory and regulatory requirements.
Performance and compliance monitoring: Deliver timely and accurate financial and compliance reporting across functions, including areas such as HR, IT, sustainability and health and safety, to local and group stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Local HR and Payroll Support: Collaborate on HR functions, including payroll management, employee expense processing, and compliance with employment regulations.
Office management: General office and facilities management responsibility, such as ensuring the office building is safe and meets regulatory standards and managing contracts with external contractors required for office maintenance.
Signatory: Possible requirement to act as local signatory and act on behalf of the Company.
To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a recognised professional accounting qualification is a plus.
Significant experience in financial management, controlling, or accounting, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations.
Ideally you will have proficiency in aligned financial software (e. g. , Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX) and advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is advantageous.
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring teams.
