Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making processes Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand business drivers, and provide financial guidance Preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial performance and insights to senior management Supporting the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior leadership Continuously improving financial planning and analysis processes, implementing best practices and leveraging technology solutions What makes you the best person for this job?

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e. g. , MBA) is preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning and reporting software Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.
