**Education

You have a university degree in Economics/Management Engineering and an Erasmus experience or double degree (ITA +abroad) will be highly appreciated.

You have strong interpersonal skills, being an excellent team player with good communication skills.

You are eager to enter a global environment and learn about finance and controlling topics!

Ideally open to future opportunities abroad (finance teams of other countries)

**Purpose

The FP&A Group Controlling & Consolidation Team is part of the Global Finance Department and is charge of providing high-level guidance concerning the main group financial processes, such as Planning, Monthly Reporting and Year-End Closing.

The FP&A Team liaises mainly with the all the Global Finance functions (CFO, Geographic Clusters, tax, treasury, IT), the staff of the Countries (Affiliates) and the Top Management.

**Main Responsibilities

- Assist the Group monthly Actual vs Planning analysis and reporting

- Assist with monthly closing process, including various reporting requirements

- Support to the Countries in the planning and control activities

- Support preparation of ad-hoc analysis for the Group Consolidated Statements

- Prepare ad-hoc reports, financial models and process documentation as needed

- Support all the FP&A Team with cross activities among the team between Group & FP&A Clusters

- identify and implement opportunities for excel job automation (through macros and VBA), creating more room for more value-adding analysis

**Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements

- Excellent Excel user (VBA is an important plus)

**Languages

Fluent in English.
