KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize Planning and Control systems and processes to deliver timely and accurate management accounts to support internal decision-making, with a focus on profitability, cash, working capital, cost reduction. Support Programming and quarterly Forecasts processes, providing relevant information to the management. Prepare data for management's decision-making process in preparing ad-hoc analysis. Uses data to advise management on decisions for performance improvements, risk or opportunities Management. Prepare data for financial auditing, risk analysis, and cash control ensuring a culture of compliance. Prepare a complete Reporting set analyzing variances between planned and actual on: Sales, Contribution Margins, Industrial Operations, Structure costs. Prepares variance explanations and commentaries. Capex analysis preparation. Give support to analyze results in the area of: investment, sourcing, cost reduction, commercial performances, etc. Is able to communicate with all areas of the enterprise including operations, sales, marketing, treasury, and accounting. Support an effective and advantageous relationship with Corporate, giving timely answers and proposing value-added improvements. REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years of experience in Controlling. Preferably experienced in an international work environment. Languages: English is mandatory; a second language is a plus. Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
