As a Junior Financial Planning Analyst you will be working across different functions (all Financial Controlling teams, as well as other Corporate Departments, such as Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales) to grow your Finance skillset at a Local and Corporate level in order to become a Finance Business Partner.

**Essential Responsibilities

- Provide weekly and monthly analysis in order to explain the deviation versus the budget / forecast;

- Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards and excel databases;

- Support the Finance Team in the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting process for EMEA Regions;

- Support the month end & year-end closing;

- Produces ad hoc reporting.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in similar roles;

- Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration;

- Very good knowledge of Excel;

- Fluent English (the knowledge of another European language is a plus);

- Organizational skills;

- SAP, Tableau and Google sheet knowledge are a plus.

This position will be located at our Milan office with hybrid working flexibility (half week at the workplace, half week remote work).
