Our FP&A Team provides support and insight for the business through planning, analyzing and reporting.

**Partner with the best

Our FP&A team provides holistic financial planning, reporting & analysis to both Finance and Operational stakeholders.

You'll manage closing reports, streamline processes, develop new tools & analytical solutions to improve our financial reporting.

You'll become a valuable partner for for BKR Finance Headquarter and for IET Operations.

As a FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Leading monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities for IET Headquarter, including consolidation of business units results.

- Ensuring the accuracy of the organization's financial results: calendar, internal closing reports, KPI's dashboard.

- Leading the development of comprehensive business metrics and variance drivers across market segments and product lines.

- Preparing weekly update for Senior Management Team and participate in follow-up discussions, coordinating Finance initiatives.

- Leading technology transformation partnering with Process & Tool and IT to bring improvements, automation and simplification initiatives.

- Providing support to Finance Team on Systems, ERPs and business tools critical to both pacing and actuals.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, with good experience within a Big 4 (desirable).

- Have advanced skills in MS Office with a focus on Excel and Power Point.

- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English.

- Be able to clearly communicate complex financial information and deliver messages effectively.

- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively interface with all levels of internal organization.

- Be self-motivated, able to work under time pressure and to execute on multiple deliverables.

- Show ability to deal with ambiguity and continuously exhibit clear and critical thinking.
