We are looking for a talented and motivated Financial Reporting Expert that will help us shaping our team and will report to the Financial Reporting Manager, in the CFO area.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Preparing the statutory financial statements of the Company according to IAS/IFRS

- Reviewing monthly reporting with the support of our Group ERP (Oracle Netsuite), ensuring correctness and reliability of accounting data

- Coordinating and coaching junior colleagues, e. g.

in bank reconciliations and managing intercompany transactions

- Supporting the Corporate Finance team in the planning process (e. g.

calculation of IFRS adjustments & other accounting impacts)

- Supporting external auditors in their audit activitie

- Acting as point of contact with the management and with external advisors for matters related to accounting matters

**What we are looking for

- Outstanding academic background in Accounting or Business studies

- Previous experiences (at least 3 years) in Big 4 audit firms or in accounting departments of fast-growing companies

- Positive mind-set, pragmatic attitude, ownership mentality and a "can do" attitude

- Fluency in Italian and English

- Analytical skills, precision and attention to detail

- Advanced knowledge of ExcelWilling to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In addition to the core requirements, we will appreciate these characteristics:

- Certified public accountant (CPA) or statutory auditor

- Passion for a diverse international environment

- Result oriented, coaching and time management skills
