This well known global law firm has an extensive network of offices across the world.

You will work directly with the partner head of the Financial services/ regulatory practise of the firm.

You can be sure that you will be involved in high-profile, challenging and multi-jurisdictional work

The firm is growing fast and is keen to have on board a junior associate from a law firm (international or Italian) or in-house background (such as a bank or regulatory body CONSOB).

You will form part of a collegiate, meritocratic team and will enjoy a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.

You will be involved in the regulation of areas such as corporate finance, fund arrangements as well as the supervision and regulation of banks.

You will advise banks, insurers, brokers, SGRs and SIMs within the financial services industry in relation to both domestic and cross-border interests in financial markets.

You will have gained solid experience in the financial services, regulatory or/and insurance sector with a strong academic background, commercial acumen and a practical, constructive approach.
