Accountant Intern Role description Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a Financial Statement Intern to join the Italy Financial Statement and Administration Team at our Group's Headquarters in Milan. Key responsibilities: The candidate will support the team in the following activities: Assisting in various administrative and clerical tasks, in the specific general ledger and financial statement activities; Maintaining a filing system for financial information SAP, records and documents to ensure easily available information (including general ledger, journals, receipt and invoices ); Supporting the Administration team in the invoice payables process , booking invoices / supplier invoices payment – both Italians and foreigners; Assisting in the quarterly accounting Closing process; Supplier master data management with the support of Procurement department; Supporting on various administrative activities, on ad hoc requests; Qualifications required: Degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields (including a diploma in Ragioneria / Accounting); Professional knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English; A strong passion and interest in administrative work is essential; At least theoretical knowledge of the active and passive invoicing process ; Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel ; The ideal candidate is proactive, precise, open-minded, and able to meet deadlines; Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking when processing number; Benefits: Competitive Compensation Pack: 1000€ + ticket restaurant 9€ day Smart Working: 50% of the time monthly based could be remotely Training on the job International and engaging environment WE MOVE GOODS, WE MOVE PEOPLE, WE MOVE EMOTIONS Join US!
